Surrogacy

Traditional Surrogacy
- The main difference from gestational surrogacy is that the traditional surrogate allows herself to be inseminated with the intended father’s sperm with the intention of giving up the child at birth.
- The child is their genetic child.. The lower cost associated with this type of surrogacy may make it attractive to some but it carries tremendous legal risk.
